We currently offer the City & Guilds 3668 Copper training course & the City & Guilds Fibre training course. There is also a free 3668 Unit 1 exam with either of the 3668 Unit 2 Fibre and Unit 3 Copper courses, to be taken on the last day of the Unit 2 or Unit 3 course. This includes online materials for revision – some is also covered in the introductory part of Units 2 and 3.
We can also offer an OpenAwards Level 3 Award in Fibre Optics Installation & Testing, or OA Level 3 Award in Copper Datacoms Installation & Testing on top of the respective 3668 qualification, within the same 5 days of training (4 days for copper). This Level 3 Award is not as well known in the industry as the 3668 and the previous 3667, but it is approved by the ECS for a full ECS Infrastructure Installer (Level 3) card, unlike the standard 3668 or 3667 at level 2.
