The Directors of Blue Helix, Daniel Hall, Colin Ryall and Steven Spice have completed the buyback of Blue Helix Limited shares from B3 Industries.
The transaction was finalised on Monday 21st May 2012. We are no longer connected with B3 or any of the associated B3 Group companies.
The decision was made to take the above action as it was felt that no benefit was gained from being part of the group. We felt that some of our customer and supplier relationships were being damaged by remaining in the group.
Blue Helix has enjoyed impressive growth since our foundation in 2003 and we have always maintained a focus on service and partnerships, the buyback ensures that we return to our principles. It is very much ‘business as usual’.
